Do you realize, now listen to this, there’s a balance in everything, there is… but do you realize that if you would just take an agenda/write down a list of how much time you invest in your children in extra curricular activities (versus) how much time you invest in your children with regard to godliness.

We buy things, we fill them full of media, we put them in the world, and we carry them every place on the face of the earth all throughout the week that our lives are so busy and scattered that we can’t even sit a meal and what are we doing?! We’re making our children enslaved to the very master that enslaves us and ruins our lives instead of teaching our children only one thing is needed: devotion to Christ.”

Billy Graham – I think everybody that loves Christ or knows Christ whether they are conscious of it or not – they are members of the Body of Christ and that’s what God is doing today, he’s calling people out of the world for his name whether they come from the Muslim world, the Buddist world or the Christian world or the non-believing world – they are members of the Body of Christ because they have been called by God – they may not even know the name of Jesus but they know in their heart they need something that they don’t have and they turn to the only light that they have and I think that they are saved and they are going to be with us in heaven.

RS – that is so fantastic – I’m so thrilled to hear you say that – there’s a wideness in God’s mercy.

Don’t Waste Your Life - Paul Washer (Sermon Preached on a Sunday evening in Holland)

Paul Washer starts preacing 5 MINUTES into this service.

After Paul Washer preached this sermon on a Sunday evening in Holland to end a weekend conference (also with Charles Leiter), everyone had returned to their tents and rooms, then in the middle of the night about 2am, one by one people started getting up and without warning going to the main meeting hall. There were no man made altar calls, just the Spirit of God moving and people on the floor crying over their sin and wanting to know God, and then shouting in Dutch “I am saved, I am saved”. 21 people found the Lord that night by a marvelous work of the Holy Spirit. (Paul Washer starts preaching 5 minutes into this recording). May this sermon inspire you to make the best use of time.
